Our Custom Sandicor IDX/MLS

In an ongoing effort to stay on the cutting edge of technology I decided to go with the UltimateIDX Custom IDX system out of Columbia, Missouri to run my Sandicor MLS Listings.

In addition to the easy to use Client Resource Manager, I am able to flip through my leads at a glance and determine priorities quickly. This saves me time and gives me more time to spend with my San Diego real estate Customers instead of learning difficult software programs.

The learning curve was short and pleasant, yet the features and options are robust. The guys at UltimateIDX said that the system was built on the “K.I.S.S.” platform and they weren’t kidding. It may be one of the most powerful Custom IDX Solutions out there but they actually programmed it to be simple to use and understand.

The registration and revisit notifications by text and email keep me on top of my leads and give me the ability to work with Customers from the field. My business was built on service and the UltimateIDX will help me continue that basic business philosophy that has helped my business grow year after year.

One of main reasons I went with the UltimateIDX was the Search Engine Friendly URLs and the fact that all of the pages are on my website and not to some sub-domain of an IDX vendor or in an i-Frame that the Search Engines can’t read. I also like the unique meta tags for all of my listings and I can manipulate and tweak them at will.
